Foreign Ministers of the European Union (EU) will meet on Wednesday in Brussels for a Council meeting to decide on possible responses to Egypt violence, including review of the EU-Egypt ties.

Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy met with a European Union (EU) envoy headed by EU Ambassador James Moran, in Cairo on Tuesday to discuss the future of EU-Egypt relations.

The Nasr City misdemeanour court has decided that on 19 September it will consider the case filed against former vice president for international relations Mohamed ElBaradei, who resigned on Wednesday following a crackdown by security forces to disperse two protest camps by pro-Morsi supporters.
