Turkey’s minister of EU affairs and the chief negotiator Egemen Bagis said Monday that Turkey would carry on with the reforms within the framework of EU focusing more on the process rather than the outcome.

PACE has decided to “step up and expand” its presence in Macedonia and its cooperation with the Macedonian authorities. The PACE’s Skopje-based monitoring mission in Macedonia closed in 2000.

Cooperation between Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia is very important for the states at this development stage, former Serbian President said.
