Qatar not to Take Part in any Operations against Iran

A02370186.jpgTEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Qatari Foreign Minister Hamad bin Jasim bin Jabir al-Thani stressed that Doha will not take part or support any operations which aim to pose a threat in the Persian Gulf.

Speaking in a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Manouchehr Mottaki here on Sunday, the Qatari minister stressed the need for the peaceful solution of Iran’s nuclear issue through talks.

He further viewed any invasion of Iran as a threat posed to the security of the Persian Gulf.
