Montenegro does not want special ties with Republika Srpska

Montenegrin PM Milo Djukanovic has rejected the possibility his country to establish special ties with Serbia, which was hinted by Milorad Dodik – PM of Republika Srpska recently.

“I would say that the relations between Serbia and Republika Srpska have nothing to do with the relations between Montenegro and Republika Srpska. Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have a “Republika Montenegrin” in it, so we do not have to sign any agreements for special ties between Montenegro and “Republika Montenegrin”,” Djukanovic said.

He added that the relations between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are regulated by the agreement between former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2004, which was still applied today.
