Iran hangs man for crime committed as minor

NCRI- Iranian regime has hanged a man for crimes committed when he was 16 years old, the official newspaper, Etemad Melli reported Saturday. 

The newspaper identified him only as Mohammad and said he was 20 at the time of his execution. He was hanged in a prison in the southern city of Shiraz on April 23.

The Iranian regime has executed 37 person during the past 30 days. This regime has escalated usage of inhuman punishments shortly after imposing new measures in May to confront growing social dissent.
