“Fortunately, long strides have been taken in recent years for bolstering mutual cooperation and introducing Iran to the Thai people,” Pak Ayeen said.

“Iran and Thailand, as two great countries in east and west Asia can play a significant role in the development of Asian relations,” he said.

The Thai prince, for his part, described Iran as a big country with a great civilization and abundant tourist resorts.

“Iran’s tourist attractions are not limited to a number of famous cities, rather they are scattered all across the country,” he added.

The prince further hoped that he could write a book on eastern civilization, Iran in particular.
