Italy’s Edison Wins Oil, Gas Exploration Bid in Iran

TEHRAN (FNA) Edison SpA, Italy’s second biggest power generator, has won a bid to explore for oil and gas in Iran.

National Iranian Oil Co. and Edison will sign a contract today, Wednesday, to explore in the Dayyer area, the Iranian oil ministry press agency Shana said.
