Tehran Waiting for 2nd Tunnel to Soothe Traffic Congestion

TEHRAN (FNA) – Following success in the construction of the long-waited Resallat Tunnel, an east-west short cut which reduced pollution and traffic jams in the capital to a remarkable degree, municipality is now working on a second hi-tech tunnel in western Tehran to reduce a 45-minute drive to only 3 minutes.
