66% of Bulgarians in favor of elections 2 in 1: poll

Sofia. 66% of Bulgarians are in favor of elections 2 in 1, including half of voters of Bulgarian Socialist Party, Director of the National Center for Study of Public Opinion Lidia Yordanova announced at a press conference.

In 2009 Bulgaria is to hold two elections – for national and European parliament.

The opinion poll shows that respondents prefer elections to be held on weekdays, not at weekends.

Center’s Deputy Director professor Krasimir Kalinov says the national parliament election will be held on June 28th.
