EEAS chief to visit Albania

Head of the European External Action Service (EEAS) for Russia, Eastern Neighborhood and the Western Balkans Miroslav Lajčak will visit Albania today. He is coming to Albania in order to find a solution for the country’s political crisis. 

He will meet Albanian President Bamir Topi, Prime Minister Sali Berisha and opposition leader Edi Rama.

The Albanian crisis started after anti-government protests in Tirana on January 21.
