EU reassures that it will continue to support Egypt

Michael Mann, a spokesperson for European Union (EU) Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton said on Thursday that the EU has no intention to stop providing help to Egypt.

He said that the European Union will continue helping Cairo.

Mann asserted that the European mission in Egypt still working and in touch with all parties by phone. He reasserted the necessity of guaranteeing freedom in speech and peaceful protests.

The EU will continue to exert efforts and encourage people to get this inclusive dialogue going, he said.
