Turkish ambassador returns to Egypt

Turkish Ambassador to Egypt Huseyin Avni Botsali returned to Cairo on Thursday morning after he was recalled by his native country for talks last month.

In remarks to reporters following his arrival from Istanbul, Bostali said: “Egypt and Turkey are one hand and we are keen on Egypt’s stability.”

Bostali added that his country wants partnership between the two countries to continue.

The Turkish Ambassador left Cairo on 16 August as relations between the two countries deteriorated and Egypt recalled its ambassador to Turkey.
