Georgia to keep direction towards Europe, says PM

Georgia’s choice is the European family and this process is irreversible, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said on the eve of the Vilnius summit of the Eastern Partnership.

“This summit is very important for the future of our country, as our choice is the European family, the European road. Accordingly, it will be an irreversible process. Regarding the association agreement, a lot of ways will open before Georgia with business, trade,etc.,” Garibashvili said.

The prime minister does not share the views about the negative impact of Ukraine’s decision on Georgia.
