Nigerian Foreign Minister: Libya in Combating Illegal Migration Has Shown Strong Will and Transparency.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Expatriate
Affairs have said that Libya had proved to be transparent and
straightforward vis a vis treatment of the migrants which convinced
some of them to seek voluntary return to their homelands.
