Erdogan compared Netanyahu to Hitler: He and his accomplices will not escape responsibility

President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan compared Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the Nazi leader Hitler, stating that neither he nor his accomplices will escape responsibility.

Erdogan responded to journalists’ questions on the presidential plane returning from Baghdad, where he met with senior Iraqi officials, and one of the significant topics of discussion in Baghdad was undoubtedly the fight against terrorism, specifically against the terrorist organization PKK.

“For the developmental vision of Iraq and the security of international investments, it is essential to level these terrorist dens. We will eradicate terrorism one way or another; we are determined. We will never leave the field to those who march with terrorism and terrorist organizations and use them as a tool,” Erdogan said, adding:

“The terrorist organization PKK/PYD/YPG is a threat to the stability, development, and peace of Iraq. It is also in Iraq’s interest to eliminate this threat.”

Erdogan also responded to questions regarding Gaza, stating that Turkey is doing everything in its power to help Gaza.

“Israel’s occupation of Gaza would open the door to new occupations, and allowing the settlement of Israeli terrorists would make Israel even more aggressive. We will continue to strive to find a solution,” Erdogan said.

The Turkish president stated that someone might ignore this issue, forget about it, but Turkey cannot take such a stance.

“We are like nail and flesh with our Palestinian brothers. They endure pain, and no one should think that we sleep peacefully. We will continue to uncover the truth and speak out against Israel’s killings. The Hitler of this era, Netanyahu, and his accomplices will not be able to escape responsibility and justice,” Erdogan emphasized.

He reminded that Turkey has sent about 45,000 tons of aid to Gaza and will continue to do so. Ankara never leaves its Palestinian brothers and sisters alone.

“If the Islamic world does not wake up from the tremors caused by the massacres in Gaza, which are classified as genocide, it is in danger of completely losing its reflexes,” Erdogan warned.
