SARAJEVO, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) — BiH constitutional reforms were the focus of an informal meeting between High Representative Christian Schwarz-Schilling and the leaders of the six main political parties on Monday (19 June). Schwarz-Schilling initiated the meeting to hear the parties’ thoughts on resuming the negotiations on the package of constitutional amendments. Union of Independent Social Democrats’ leader Milorad Dodik said on Tuesday that the parties agreed that the talks could resume after the October general elections and the formation of a new government.
