Iranian Found Dead in Philippines

A04893122.jpgTEHRAN (FNA)- Pasay City police remained stumped Wednesday over the death of an Iranian whose decomposing body was discovered inside his apartment in Pasay City Tuesday night.

Radio dzBB’s Louie Garcia reported that police have yet to make public their findings on the death of the victim, initially identified as Nader Sheiki, 47.

The victim, who had an Iranian and a German passport, was in a state of decomposition when found by security guards in his room at 502 Asia World Tower along Leveriza Street.

Maintenance crew of the building called in security guards after neighbors noted a foul smell coming from the victim’s room, and when the victim did not respond to repeated knocks on the door.
