Slovenian Ambassador to Macedonia Alan Bergant: Macedonia shows efforts in solving name issue

Macedonia shows efforts in solving name issue. Slovenian Ambassador to Macedonia Alan Bergant made the remarks at the meeting with students and professors from South East European University in Tetovo.

“As soon as name issue is solved Macedonia will become NATO member state. We hope Skopje and Athens will be wise and discuss name settlement only”, Ambassador Bergant said.

The presentation on EU integration, held by ambassador Bergant is part of the program set by Macedonian Secretariat for European Affairs, “We learn for EU”.

Macedonian Environment Minister Nexhati Jakupi was the host of today’s debate in the South East European University in Tetovo.
