Belgrade and Zagreb wanted to divide BiH, according to Ratko Mladic diaries

The Prosecutor’s Office of the war crimes tribunal in The Hague has revealed new excerpts from general Ratko Mladic’s war-time diaries. They make it evident that the Bosnian Serbs and Croats, with the help of the authorities in Belgrade and Zagreb, acted together to make the Muslims agree with the separation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The then presidents of Yugoslavia and Croatia, Slobodan Milosevic and Franjo Tudjman, “offered” each other the Bosnian Muslims, but none wanted them, Mladic’s notes say.
