Macedonian PM met with US Deputy Assistant Secretary

Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski Tuesday met with US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Thomas Countryman.

The two discussed several issues related to the bilateral cooperation between Macedonia and the USA within the Declaration of Strategic Partnership and Cooperation.

The Macedonian prime minister remarked that Macedonia’s major priorities in the foreign policy include the EU and NATO integration and despite the blockade imposed by the Greek government Macedonia will continue implementing the reforms.
