Iran’s Semnan Province, Ivory Coast Ink MoU on Cooperation

Iran’s Semnan province and Ivory Coast endorsed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the expansion of economic cooperation. The agreement signed by Ivory Coast’s ambassador to Tehran and a number of provincial officials includes 10 articles and stresses identification and creation of appropriate opportunities for cooperation in areas of investment, training and implementation of joint projects.

According to the agreement, the two sides have undertaken to pave the ground for the exchange of visits by the two countries’ trade, economic and cultural delegations in a bid to enhance trade, economic and cultural cooperation.

Establishment of trade offices and centers by the private sectors, arrangement of exhibitions and specialized fairs and continued relations between the two sides’ chambers of commerce, industry and mines are among other areas touched in the MoU.
