F5 Crashes in Southwestern Iran

Iranian air force lost an F5 fighter after the jet plane crashed 16 kilometers off the southwestern town of Andimeshk, home to an important air force base of the country near borders with Iraq. The fighter had left the 4th Air Force Base in Dezfoul, in the province of Khuzestan at 10:00 hours local time(06:30 GMT) and crashed at 11:50 (08:20 GMT) due to unknown reasons.

The pilot has reportedly lost his life.
