Serbian President set to meet with UN chief in New York

Serbian President Boris Tadić will this Tuesday in New York meet with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. On Thursday, he is expected to meet with the EU foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton. Reports said that they would discuss continued EU integration of Serbia.

Previously, Tadić met with Ashton to agree on a Kosovo resolution that was sent to the UN General Assembly. “This will be our continued dialogue, considering the last Brussels meeting, when we agreed that 28 European countries were submitting a resolution after the ICJ opinion,” said Tadić.
