Syrian projectile landed in Lebanon

A Syrian shell landed on Monday in the city of Al-Qasr in northern Lebanon. The projectile caused no fatalities.

Lebanon President Michel Suleiman has repeatedly said firing by Syria at the neighboring country is unacceptable and violates the sovereignty of Lebanon.

This is not the first case of a Syrian shell landing on the territory of the country.
