Croatian Ambassador to Iraq meets Parliament Speaker

Nijaifi, Croatian Ambassador to Iraq discuss mutual relations.

The Parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, discussed with the Croatian Ambassador to Iraq, the bilateral relations and the means of inaugurating a Croatian embassy in Iraq.

A statement by Nijaifi’s office said that “Nijaifi received the Croatian Ambassador at his office in Baghdad where they discussed the mutual relations and the means of promoting them.”

“Nijaifi congratulated the Croatian Ambassador for Croatia’s joining the European Union, describing this issue as an important chance for the Croatian people,” the statement added.
