Bosnian officials start Serbia visit

Serbian President Boris Tadić will be meeting with Bosnia-Herzegovina Assembly Speaker Sulejman Tihić in Belgrade on Tuesday. Tihić, the leader of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) isleading a delegation of his party and country during the visit.

The two will be talking about improving bilateral relations and regional cooperation solving open questions and improving economic cooperation, the party announced in Sarajevo.

Tihić is described as “one of the more moderate Bosniak (Muslim) politicians”, and one of the first who honored Serb victims of the 1992-95 Bosnian war. He also criticized Sarajevo for its lack of communication with Belgrade.
