Iran, Azerbaijan to Sign Agreement on Cultural Cooperation

A009056874.jpgThe Islamic Republic of Iran and Azerbaijan will sign an agreement on mutual cooperation in protection of cultural heritage, Azeri Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfas Garayev said. The minister said that decision on mutual cooperation was made during his visit to Iran.

“I have recently met with Vice President and the Head of Iran’s Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization. Azerbaijan and Iran are expected to sign an agreement on mutual cooperation on protection of cultural heritage by this year-end. It will be followed by more important projects,” he said.
