Counterintelligence Headquarters to be Formed in Border Provinces

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Head of the Judiciary informed of the formation of headquarters in Iran’s border provinces in a bid to encounter anti-security moves.

 

Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi stressed that the ruling system differentiates intelligence and anti-revolution moves from ethnic conflicts and those problems which trigger public unrests.

He said an extensive domain of authority has been granted to the country’s prosecutors with regard to security issues, saying that the judiciary is firmly intent to fight all those who seek to create crisis, specially along the borderlines of the country.
