Azerbaijan’s Defence Minister meets with Turkish ambassador

Azerbaijan’s Defence Minister, Colonel General Safar Abiyev met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan Alper Coshkun.

According to the report, the two sides discussed the development of relations between the two countries with the minister noting that progress has also been made in the area of defence cooperation.

During the meeting Ambassador Alper Coshkun introduced the newly appointed attaché of the Turkish embassy in Azerbaijan, Brigadier General Hasan Nevzat Tashdeler to the Defence Minister.
